Mixed Reality

The technology underlying mixed reality facilitates seamless and realistic integration of virtual elements into the real world while also allowing for unfettered freedom in interacting with it. We used these capabilities in Microsoft’s HoloLens- 1 & 2 to make the world’s first tool for learning facial anatomy. With this tool, users can perform a dissection and learn from dissected models that show photoreal tissue – not an illustration or model rendered by an artist – literally anywhere.

Augmented Reality

Augmented Reality is the future of consumer engagement in the pharma industry. At MedTrix, we have been using AR to reimagine e-detailing, product launches, and patient interactions in several avenues.
Our AR applications have been used to launch brands at symposiums, help patients with chronic conditions understand their medications better, or explain the mechanism of action of a drug while detailing to physicians. We have expanded the possibilities of Augmented Reality by making it compatible with web browsers for the first time in the pharma world, hence avoiding the need to download applications onto a device.

Virtual Reality

We used VR to help healthcare practitioners and caregivers truly understand what a patient experiences by immersing them in patients’ worlds. We created VR experiences that guided physicians treating heart failure and eye disorders like Diabetic Macular Edema, to understand patient profiles and make treatment decisions related to newly launched medications.

Chatbots

MedTrix’s proprietary chatbots are a significant step-up from rule-based chatbots. Our chatbots use their inbuilt predictive intelligence capabilities, which enable faster decision-making and provide access to real-time information by rapidly identifying the purpose and context (intent and entity) of user input. Our chatbots learn from each conversation, thus ensuring customized interactions with each user.
